About the role
Pepkor Lifestyle offers a 12-month wholesale and retail SETA-funded work-integrated learning programme in Sandton, Gauteng. It gives structured workplace exposure within a large retail group across several qualification streams, including finance. Graduates receive professional support and access to experienced colleagues while building practical workplace capability. Candidates with and without disabilities may apply.
The programme is open to unemployed South African graduates under 32; applications close on 23 October 2026.
Required profile
- Accredited degree or diploma in business management/administration, HR/industrial psychology, law/risk management, financial management, software engineering or IT/project management
- Currently unemployed
- South African citizen with a valid SA ID
- Under 32 years old
