Graduate Lead Associate – Operations Programme

About the role

A global packaging and labeling company is launching a two‑year accelerated leadership development programme within its Operations department. The Graduate Lead Associate will rotate through core and cross‑functional areas, gaining hands‑on experience and building technical, functional and leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through core Operations sub‑functions such as Engineering, Production and Process for 2‑6 months each.
• Move into cross‑functional areas like Supply Chain, Marketing or Sales after initial rotations.
• Work under the guidance of a dedicated manager and a senior mentor throughout the programme.
• Participate in a two‑week onboarding, on‑the‑job training, stretch assignments and continuous learning.
• Develop technical, functional and leadership skills and be assessed on overall performance.
• Potentially receive a permanent placement after successful completion and strong performance.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Automation or Production Engineering.
• Fluency in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
• Recent graduate or up to two years of professional experience; internship experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of essential generative AI tools.
• Familiarity with digital tools.
