Graduate Internship Programme 2026/2027

About the role

Sanlam Group is offering a range of graduate internship opportunities for the 2026/2027 period across several business areas in South Africa. The programme aims to give recent graduates practical work experience, training and mentorship within the financial services sector. Internships are based in Cape Town, Bellville and Tygervalley in the Western Cape and are open to South African graduates.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Psychology or a related field (Human Capital track).
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Legal, Risk or Compliance (Risk and Compliance track).
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Communications (Marketing track).
• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Actuarial or Engineering fields (Data, AI and Engineering track).
• Matric (Grade 12) with Pure Mathematics plus a relevant financial qualification for the Client Services Consultant role.
