About the role

This graduate finance role offers recent accounting or commerce graduates the chance to apply their academic knowledge in a fast‑moving FMCG environment. You will work onsite with the finance team, gaining hands‑on experience in financial management while developing essential business and soft skills.

Key responsibilities

• Translate theoretical finance concepts into practical tasks within the finance department.
• Support the onsite finance team in daily operations and project delivery.
• Develop a solid understanding of financial management principles, concepts, and processes.
• Acquire business acumen and improve time‑management, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and other finance‑related activities as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce with a focus on Financial Accounting.
• Some workplace exposure is advantageous.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends in an FMCG setting.
• Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with a strong learning aptitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
