About the role
K2 builds applications that automate and streamline business processes for millions of users worldwide. As a Graduate Associate you will provide first‑tier technical support for K2 products and assist users across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑tier technical support on the latest K2 products via ticketing system and phone.
- Support K2 users and internal departments with design, development, infrastructure and maintenance queries.
- Interact with the K2 community through a technical online forum.
- Share technical knowledge via knowledge‑base articles, white papers and presentations.
- Analyse work processes and contribute ideas for product and operational improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of software support or development experience on Microsoft server technologies.
- Knowledge of programming in .Net, Java, scripting and basic SQL.
- Fast learner with a keen eye for complex systems and data flows.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
