About the role

The Governance, Risk and Compliance Graduate Programme offers recent LLB graduates the chance to start their professional career within ATNS’s Risk and Compliance section. Over a 24‑month period, graduates receive structured on‑the‑job training, mentorship and exposure to real‑world governance and compliance activities at the head office in Bruma.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Risk and Compliance team in daily governance, risk assessment and regulatory tasks.
• Assist senior staff with legal research, documentation and compliance reporting.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops and mentorship activities to develop professional competencies.
• Undertake assigned projects that contribute to the organisation’s compliance framework.

Required profile

• South African citizenship.
• LLB degree (or equivalent diploma) completed within the last year.
• No more than one year of full‑time work experience in the field of study.
• Basic computer literacy.

Required skills

• Computer literacy (ability to use standard office software).
