About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and structured Global Sales Coordination Head to oversee and optimise international sales operations for Mobilitas group. This strategic, non‑frontline position ensures that commercial teams across all continents work efficiently, communicate effectively and continuously improve performance. The role focuses on coordination, analysis and management rather than direct client interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse global sales performance through reports, KPIs and dashboards.
- Provide structured guidance to local commercial teams to improve results.
- Ensure coordination between sales teams, country managers and key support functions.
- Identify training needs and implement appropriate training programmes.
- Monitor execution of action plans and ensure consistent follow‑up.
- Structure reporting processes and improve data quality and usability.
- Facilitate communication flows across regions and teams.
- Ensure the right resources, skills and organisational set‑up are in place to support performance.
Required profile
- Highly organised and structured professional with strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Experience in coordinating international commercial activities.
- Ability to work across multiple continents and cultures.
- Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and performance monitoring.
