German‑Speaking Telemarketing Agent

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Telemarketing Agent to join a fast‑growing B2B demand‑generation company. You will conduct high‑volume outbound cold‑calling campaigns in the German market, generating qualified leads for international technology clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound cold‑calling campaigns targeting German‑speaking prospects.
• Generate and qualify marketing‑qualified leads (MQLs) and meet monthly quotas.
• Maintain accurate prospect data in the CRM, performing quality checks on contact details.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and campaign insights.
• Provide regular performance updates and participate in training sessions.

Required profile

• Fluent in German (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 + year of continuous employment demonstrating stability.
• Proven B2B outbound cold‑calling experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience working in a target‑driven, high‑pressure sales environment.
• Resilient, persistent and self‑motivated.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data manipulation).
• Microsoft Office 365.
• CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
