German-English Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual German-English Customer Support Specialist to join TalentPop’s fully remote team. In this role you will assist our international e-commerce customers through live chat, email and inbound phone calls, delivering fast, friendly and solution-focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional support in German and English via chat, email and phone.
• Respond to inquiries promptly while maintaining a courteous and empathetic tone.
• Resolve issues efficiently or escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Accurately record all interactions in our CRM and support platforms.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.
• Represent the TalentPop brand by ensuring a high-quality experience at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Excellent written communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, Freshdesk or Intercom (or similar CRM/support tools).
