We are seeking a bilingual German‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our international team. Working 100% remotely, you will assist customers via phone, live chat, and email, delivering fast and friendly service while representing a growing e‑commerce brand.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in German and English through phone, chat, and email.
• Diagnose issues, provide accurate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions and update tickets in the chosen support platform.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve processes and the overall customer experience.
• Share feedback and suggestions for service and product enhancements.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Calm, solution‑oriented approach, especially under pressure.
• Reliable home office setup with stable high‑speed internet.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, Freshdesk, or Intercom (any one is sufficient).
