German Customer Service Advisor - Travel Industry

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic BPO team in Cape Town. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support to German customers in the travel sector, handling inbound calls and live‑chat interactions related to flights, accommodation and car hire.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service to German‑speaking clients.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to live‑chat queries.
• Assist customers with travel‑related services, including flight bookings and changes, accommodation arrangements and transfers.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet and maintain KPIs and service‑level standards.
• Work in a hybrid environment, with an office‑based probation period and remote‑work flexibility after probation.
• Adhere to scheduled shift times, including rotational weekend shifts.

Required profile

• Fluent in German (spoken and written), native or C1/C2 level.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced contact‑centre environment.
