General Workers (40 positions)

About the role

We are looking for general workers to support our production line and ensure stock availability according to the production schedule. The role involves performing a variety of tasks on the shop floor, including material checks, data recording and basic troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all resources are available in line with production requirements.
• Report any mechanical or electrical issues to the control room or supervisor.
• Accurately record production data such as tipping logs for analysis.
• Respond to manual bottlenecks, for example clearing choked elevators.
• Conduct visual checks of raw material availability and report deviations.
• Follow work instructions, feed safety standards and health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Perform daily stock‑take duties and any reasonable tasks requested by the control room or supervisor.

Required profile

• Grade 12 or equivalent with basic literacy and numeracy.
• Minimum three months experience in a production environment.
• High level of honesty and integrity.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime.
• Knowledge of health and safety rules.
