Get Real is South Africa’s leading platform for concerts and live music tours, dedicated to redefining the live entertainment scene. We are seeking a proactive General Worker to join our internal operations, supporting venue readiness as an Office Administrator. This role is ideal for a self‑directed professional who thrives in a high‑trust environment.

Key responsibilities

• Site Preparation – ensure event grounds are perfectly prepared, including fence layout, branding placement, and signage.
• Inventory Support – assist the Admin team in loading and unloading shipments of merchandise and promotional assets.
• Ground Maintenance – maintain a clean and professional venue environment before, during, and after the show.
• Utility Assistance – help the technical crew with heavy lifting and positioning of mobile assets across the site.
• Asset Protection – monitor equipment and stock during transitions to prevent loss or damage.

Required profile

• Physical Resilience – ability to manage a demanding workload in various weather conditions common to Cape Town festivals.
• Self‑Discipline – proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing daily priorities without micromanagement.
• Detail Orientation – strong commitment to “doing it right the first time” to maintain high production standards.
• Punctuality – reliable transport to ensure 100% on‑time attendance at Cape Town event sites.
