General Worker Cleaner – Facility Maintenance

About the role
We are seeking a dependable General Worker Cleaner to support our operations at Triton Express in Durban. The position works Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00 and requires at least a Grade 12 qualification. The successful candidate will help maintain a clean, safe and well‑organized environment across the yard and facility.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the yard area in a clean, orderly condition, removing debris, sweeping, and ensuring pathways are safe.
- Carry out general maintenance tasks, including building upkeep, operating roller doors, checking and repairing lighting fixtures, maintaining flooring surfaces, and performing basic painting and welding work as needed.
- Support routine housekeeping activities and assist with gardening tasks such as lawn mowing, weed removal, and plant care.
- Assist with minor repairs and promptly report any safety hazards to supervisors.
