Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventative care.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across diverse patient populations.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with legal and ethical standards.
• Refer patients appropriately to specialists and allied healthcare professionals.
• Uphold best practices in patient safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree.
• Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience.
• Experience in multi‑disciplinary team collaboration; leadership experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure, performance‑driven environment with on‑call availability for emergencies, including some weekends and public holidays.
• Exceptional leadership, team‑building, and interpersonal skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
• Adaptability to change and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
