About the role

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead one of our Papa John’s restaurant locations. In this corporate position you will be responsible for delivering a world‑class service experience, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team to achieve service and quality standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health‑regulation compliance.
• Monitor and control costs, manage budgets, and drive profitability.
• Implement corporate initiatives, promotions, and customer service programs.

Required profile

• Minimum age 18 with a high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attitude, passion for quality, and ability to work nights and weekends.
• Basic math proficiency and solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb and stand for extended periods.
