General Dentist – Full‑Time

About the role

West Med Group is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join its multidisciplinary medical and dental team. The role involves delivering comprehensive family dentistry services and contributing to a high‑quality patient care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform routine and advanced procedures, including implants, crowns, bridges, endodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Maintain accurate, compliant patient records and educate patients on oral health.
• Collaborate with medical and dental colleagues and uphold infection‑control standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BChD) or equivalent qualification.
• Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.
• Minimum three years post‑community‑service clinical experience.
• Valid indemnity insurance and strong diagnostic and treatment‑planning abilities.
• Professional, compassionate, and able to work in a fast‑paced clinical setting.
