General Clerk III – Driver Reconciliations

About the role

The General Clerk III will manage driver reconciliations and support key financial processes within PepsiCo. This role ensures accurate record‑keeping, timely invoice follow‑ups, and smooth internal workflows to support excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Administer driver reconciliations and verify related documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
• Scan, file, and maintain credit invoices, claims and other financial records.
• Adhere to daily deadlines, company policies and procedural guidelines.
• Drive internal processes that enhance customer service efficiency.
• Collect direct feedback from customers and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12/Matric/Senior Certificate; tertiary finance qualification is advantageous.
• 2–3 years of administration experience; financial or sales experience preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
