About the role
We are looking for a General Assistant to support the smooth operation of our BUCO Plaza retail unit. The role involves assisting customers, handling vehicle loading and unloading, maintaining the wash bay and ensuring the premises are clean and organized.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with their orders and assist with inquiries.
- Load and off‑load vehicles, pack yard stock items, and ensure safe handling of goods.
- Perform wash bay activities and maintain cleanliness of vehicles and work areas.
- Safeguard vehicles and equipment, and support suppliers as needed.
- Uphold company values and promote a positive culture.
Required profile
- Minimum Grade 12 education.
- Ability to work in any area of the business unit.
- Good product knowledge and customer service orientation.
- Physical capability to handle loading, unloading and cleaning tasks.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required.
