GenAI Senior Integrated Designer

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a GenAI Senior Integrated Designer to create high‑performing ad creatives using the Pencil platform. Working remotely, you will combine cutting‑edge generative AI models with creative insight to produce ads for social and display channels that drive engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Google Display using the Pencil platform.
• Translate client briefs into complete concepts, including insight gathering, copywriting, image and video generation, and final assembly.
• Supplement AI‑generated assets with manual retouching to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to incorporate feedback and ensure fast turnaround (approximately one brief per day).
• Work with Training, Product and Engineering teams to explore new GenAI techniques and test platform enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing digital advertising creatives.
• Strong familiarity with generative AI tools and their application in marketing.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and iterate quickly based on client feedback.
• Enthusiasm for staying at the forefront of AI‑driven creative workflows.
