Fullstack Developer – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are seeking a flexible Full‑Stack Developer to build and maintain an internal CRM platform that powers core business operations. The role blends front‑end UI work with back‑end data and integration tasks, supporting both development teams and end users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end features, ensuring a clean and usable interface.
• Design, implement, and maintain back‑end logic, database schemas, queries, and API endpoints.
• Extend automation workflows that connect the CRM to third‑party systems.
• Perform data transformation, normalisation, deduplication and validation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs across the stack using reproducible steps and logs.
• Collaborate on shared components, code reviews and technical decisions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, code comments and change logs.
• Provide first‑line support to system users and general IT assistance to staff.
• Follow secure coding and data‑handling practices for personal information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack development, comfortable moving between UI and back‑end work.
• Clear communication about progress, blockers and documentation.
• Customer‑focused attitude for supporting end users.
