About the role
We are seeking a qualified General Practitioner to join a busy private medical practice in the Eastern Cape. The primary base will be in Middelburg, with occasional duties in Graaff‑Reinet as required.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a large patient base.
- Manage patient consultations, examinations and follow‑up care.
- Handle own billing and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with a reception team and qualified nurse to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Required profile
- Qualified GP or Medical Doctor (Community Service doctors are welcome).
- Ready to start immediately.
- Willing to reside and work primarily in Middelburg.
- Strong interpersonal and patient‑care skills.
Required skills
What we offer
- Commission‑based remuneration with a 50/50 revenue split.
- Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Support from a reception team and qualified nursing staff.
- Opportunity to work in two well‑established practices with a strong patient base.
