Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are hiring for a client that needs a JavaScript/TypeScript full‑stack developer to work remotely on AI‑focused projects. The role involves designing, building and maintaining high‑quality code that trains and optimizes AI models while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain efficient code for training and optimizing AI models.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyse results for continuous improvement.
• Rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains according to predefined criteria.
• Write clear explanations and rationales for model evaluations.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, creating and curating task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for full‑stack development.
• Experience building backend services with Node.js.
• Familiarity with the Nest.js framework.
• Knowledge of modern front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js or Angular.
• Ability to produce readable, reusable and maintainable code.
