Full Stack Developer (Advanced)

About the role

Our client in Pretoria is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to support and continuously enhance their Inter‑company IT Cost Charging model on the ServiceNow platform. You will work within an Agile environment, delivering enhancements from business and IT user stories while providing 2nd and 3rd level support.

Key responsibilities

• Support migration, transformation and ongoing improvement of the ServiceNow‑based cost‑charging model.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for ServiceNow applications.
• Develop enhancements defined in business and IT user stories.
• Produce and maintain documentation such as operations manuals, security guides, test concepts and user guides.
• Create and update knowledge articles and ensure compliance with IT governance and audit requirements.
• Interact with IT service consumers, suppliers and users to maintain service quality and manage relationships.

Required profile

• Fluent English (reading and writing) with strong business communication skills.
• At least 4 years of professional programming experience (Shell, Pearl, JavaScript or a higher‑level language such as Java).
• Relevant IT qualification (degree, diploma or certificate) and minimum 4 years of overall IT experience.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, patterns and Agile working models.
