Fuel & Convenience Store Manager – North West

About the role

Join a dynamic fuel and convenience business operating a multi‑branded network of service stations across South Africa. The role is based in the North West region and reports to the Regional Manager Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales, staff, inventory and operational controls for a fuel and convenience store.
• Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenditures and analyse variances to achieve financial targets.
• Maintain stock controls, conduct reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Drive customer satisfaction by handling complaints and delivering a memorable experience.

Required profile

• National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years retail sales experience in a managerial capacity.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail operating systems.
