Front Desk Representative (Part-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Representative to join our clinic on a part‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth check‑in experience and providing support to the front‑office team.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage lobby interactions.
• Perform check‑in procedures and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the computer system and chart.
• Handle office opening tasks, petty‑cash balancing, and collection of co‑pay/co‑insurance.
• Provide backup for phone coverage and assist other front‑office personnel as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with clinic policies, procedures, and medical terminology.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a compassionate, professional attitude.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturday mornings in a busy office environment.
