Front Arena Developer

About the role

The Front Arena Developer will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the software delivery team, translating user stories into detailed technical designs. You will provide technical leadership for Front Arena integration projects and help shape the technology roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and integrate Front Arena solutions, including telemetry data pipelines to ELK/Dynatrace.
• Lead code reviews, enforce design standards, and guide branching/merging practices.
• Collaborate with domain architects, engineering leads and compliance teams to define technical roadmaps.
• Mentor developers, grow team capabilities and conduct internal knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Research emerging technologies, evaluate risks, and influence technology decisions.
• Maintain asset health, update knowledge bases and participate in special interest groups.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a software developer with strong DevOps background.
• Deep understanding of Front Arena architecture and integration development.
• Ability to translate high‑level designs into detailed technical specifications.
• Experience working within governance and compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication skills to advise engineering leads and business stakeholders.
