French‑Speaking Customer Service Representative – iGaming

About the role

We are looking for fluent French‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our iGaming support team in Bryanston, Johannesburg. You will assist players across live chat, email and phone, handling account, payment, betting and general enquiries while ensuring compliance with responsible gambling policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support in French (and English when needed) via live chat, email and phone.
• Assist with account access issues, profile updates and KYC verification.
• Resolve payment and transaction queries, including deposit/withdrawal status and method questions.
• Help players with bet placement, game access, technical issues and promotion eligibility.
• Escalate complex or high‑risk cases to specialised internal teams with clear case notes.
• Maintain accurate records in the ticketing/CRM system and follow responsible gambling procedures.
• Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time and customer satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French; strong English communication for internal use.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, fintech or related fields.
• High attention to detail, ability to follow procedures and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems.
