Founding GTM Operator

About the role

PitchPrfct is building a compliance‑first sales infrastructure and needs its first go‑to‑market hire. As a Founding GTM Operator you will shape the revenue engine from day one, working directly with the founder to design and execute the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Run product demos and discovery calls with prospective customers.
• Close new SMB customers and manage the sales pipeline.
• Design and launch outbound email and SMS campaigns.
• Build and maintain automations in HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make or n8n.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, Code, Codex, Cursor, ChatGPT, Perplexity) to improve prospecting and sales workflows.
• Create lead‑generation systems, onboarding workflows, and product walkthrough videos.
• Publish LinkedIn content and produce YouTube product showcases.
• Help shape pricing, positioning, and messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience running customer‑facing demos and closing SMB deals.
• Comfortable writing outbound messaging and following up consistently.
• Hands‑on builder who enjoys figuring out processes without detailed instructions.
• Passion for AI as a productivity multiplier.
