About the role

An exceptional opportunity awaits an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the dining operations at a luxury lodge within Nambiti Private Game Reserve, KwaZulu‑Natal. You will be responsible for delivering world‑class guest experiences while overseeing all aspects of food and beverage services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Develop and implement efficient operational systems and standard operating procedures.
• Manage procurement, cost control, and inventory management to optimise budgets.
• Lead, train and mentor staff, fostering a high‑performing team.
• Plan menus, oversee food presentation and coordinate beverage pairings.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager in a luxury lodge, boutique hotel or fine‑dining establishment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a track record in staff development.
• Expertise in procurement, cost control and inventory management systems.
• Hands‑on knowledge of menu planning, food presentation and beverage pairings.
• Passion for creating memorable guest dining experiences.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
