Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Capital Hotels is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager for its hotel in Mbombela, South Africa. The manager leads and coordinates all hotel food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, banqueting, conferencing and room service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency and profitability. The position is permanent and full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgets, stock control and labour costs
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene and liquor licensing regulations
• Lead and develop F&B teams across all outlets to deliver consistent, high-quality service

Required profile

• Matric and a hotel management diploma or equivalent
• 5-8 years of food and beverage operations experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Previous management experience overseeing multiple outlets (restaurants, bars, banqueting, conferencing or room service)
• Knowledge of health, safety, hygiene, labour and liquor licensing legislation relevant to hospitality
• Relocation costs are at your own expense if you live outside the city where the hotel is located

Salary: R35,000 to R40,000 per month plus incentive.
