Flutter Developer (Hybrid - 2 days in office)

About the role
We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join an insurance‑focused technology team. The position is hybrid, requiring two days per week on site, and offers the chance to work on cutting‑edge mobile solutions for the insurance sector.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product team to design and implement mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Develop, test, and maintain high‑quality code for iOS and Android platforms.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Integrate mobile apps with Azure cloud services where required.
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of mobile solutions.
Required profile
- Diploma, BSc or related IT degree.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience developing mobile applications with Flutter and Dart.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Background in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services is highly advantageous.
