About the role

Join a prestigious luxury retailer as a Flexi Store Assistant at the Mall of The North. You will deliver world‑class service, help customers find the perfect products, and support smooth store operations in a dynamic, high‑end environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash desk duties accurately, ensuring zero variances and following daily cash control and banking processes.
• Handle manual transactions when required and maintain precise cash records.
• Execute daily stock procedures, assist with customer orders, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Conduct weekly stock counts, keep the storeroom organized, and perform shoe‑pairing exercises to preserve stock integrity.
• Provide a premium shopping experience with expert product knowledge and personalised service.
• Uphold the brand’s luxury standards through professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
• 6 months to 1 year retail experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
• Passion for high‑end fashion, footwear, and customer engagement.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak trading hours.
