Flexi Store Assistant – Luxury Retail

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash desk duties with zero variances, following daily cash control and banking procedures.
• Handle manual transactions accurately when required.
• Execute daily stock procedures, assist with customer orders, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Conduct weekly stock counts, maintain storeroom organisation, and perform shoe pairing exercises.
• Provide expert product knowledge, personalised service, and uphold the brand’s luxury standards.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
• 6 months to 1 year retail experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
• Passion for high‑end fashion, footwear and customer engagement.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and peak trading hours.

Required skills

• Accurate cash handling.
• Strong numerical ability.
• Effective stock management and organisation.
• Excellent customer service and product knowledge.
