About the role
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to lead daily on‑site operations for residential projects in Cape Town. The role involves supervising labour, subcontractors and materials to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery while maintaining strict health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily on‑site operations.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to required standards.
- Enforce health and safety regulations.
- Report progress to project management.
Required profile
- 5+ years proven experience as a Finishing Foreman.
- Residence in the Western Cape.
- Solid experience in residential construction.
- Experience in wet trades and finishing.
- Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
- Ability to manage teams, timelines, and quality standards.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and site safety.
- NQF2, Red Seal Certificate, or MBA advantageous (not mandatory).
