About the role

We are looking for a Financial Manager to join a team that supports product‑based businesses with complex inventory and cost structures. The role blends operational finance, management accounting, and modern AI‑enabled tools to deliver high‑quality financial analysis and reporting for diverse global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in operational finance systems, from data entry to financial reporting.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to provide financial advice that helps clients meet their objectives.
• Analyse financial data and produce insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate financial transaction records and ensure data integrity.
• Create dashboards, financial statements, performance reports, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate internal team workflows, track deadlines, and manage hand‑offs.
• Design and implement AI‑first workflows to accelerate data processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Identify and drive process improvements with a focus on automation and modern tooling.

Required profile

• Execution‑heavy, detail‑driven, and process‑oriented.
• Comfortable using AI and modern financial tools to increase efficiency.
• Strong collaborative mindset, able to work with C‑suite executives, founders, auditors, and cross‑functional teams.
