Financial Controller/Manager (Renewable Energy)

About the role

Take on complex finance, reporting and consolidation work in a growing renewable energy environment. You will be part of a multi‑entity organisation, handling both South African and international exposure, and will support senior finance leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own group management accounts and dashboards.
• Conduct month‑end reviews and ensure tax compliance.
• Calculate covenants and manage fixed assets.
• Maintain intercompany balances and support audits.
• Prepare budgeting and support group consolidations.
• Drive system improvements and process enhancements.
• Work across a multi‑entity structure with foreign currency transactions.
• Provide meaningful senior‑level finance work to free up the Group Financial Manager.

Required profile

• CA (SA) with 2‑3 years post‑articles experience, or CIMA/equivalent with ~5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in management accounts, group reporting or consolidations.
• Exposure to foreign currency and multi‑entity environments.
• Proactive, adaptable personality with strong commercial mindset.
