About the role
Join a leading restaurant group operating multiple franchise locations in Cape Town. The Financial Controller will safeguard financial integrity, drive operational efficiency, and ensure compliance across all stores while partnering with operations to enhance profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present monthly financial results for each store and the consolidated group.
- Analyse store profitability, cost drivers and daily sales reconciliations.
- Manage cash control processes and ensure SARS compliance.
- Monitor cash flow and conduct business analytics.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Completed SAICA articles – essential.
- Experience in retail, FMCG or restaurant industries is an advantage.
