Financial Analyst – Sandton

About the role

As a Financial Analyst within the Sales and Distribution division, you will provide detailed financial and operational analysis to support strategic initiatives across the company and its subsidiaries. You will work from our head office in Sandton, collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive budgeting, cost control and growth projects.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage annual budgets and sales volume targets.
• Monitor expense ratios and produce monthly expense reports.
• Analyse variances between actual expenses and budgeted figures.
• Develop and maintain remuneration structures and manage related expenses.
• Allocate and control distribution costs, handling ad‑hoc cost requests.
• Oversee contracts for sales and distribution staff and external partners.
• Support recruitment, capacity planning and office support functions.
• Attend operational meetings and respond to daily ad‑hoc queries.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) completed.
• B.Com/BSc or related degree.
• CA or CIMA qualification is a plus.

What we offer

• Total Cost to Company of R55 000 per month, plus a 20 % six‑monthly incentive.
