Financial Analyst

About the role

As a Financial Analyst at Procure Point, you will provide detailed financial and operational analysis to support strategic initiatives across the company and its subsidiaries. You will work closely with the Sales and Distribution division, helping to set budgets, monitor expenses, and identify efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage budgets, including target setting for sales volumes.
• Monitor and report monthly expenses, analysing variances against budget.
• Develop and maintain remuneration structures and manage related expenses.
• Allocate and control distribution costs, handling ad‑hoc cost requests.
• Oversee contracts for sales and distribution staff and manage external contracting matters.
• Support recruitment, expansion, and capacity planning for sales and distribution.
• Attend operational meetings and respond to daily ad‑hoc queries.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent – essential.
• B.Com/BSc or related degree – essential.
• CA or CIMA qualification – beneficial.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Advanced Excel skills.

What we offer

• Salary of R55 000 per month (excluding a 20% six‑monthly incentive).
