Financial Advisor – Tied Role with Competitive Salary

About the role

Old Mutual MFC is seeking a Tied Financial Advisor to join its Western Cape team. In this full‑time position you will work exclusively for Old Mutual, delivering financial advice and solutions to an allocated client base while benefiting from the company’s brand, training and compliance support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive financial advice and sell services to assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, tailoring solutions to their financial goals.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant financial regulations and company standards.
• Deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.
• Continuously develop professional knowledge through training and formal qualifications.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
• FAIS compliance – FSCA‑approved qualification, CPD & COB.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Clear criminal and credit records.
• 1–3 years of experience, preferably in sales or financial advisory.
• Computer literacy and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
