Financial Advisor – Personal Banking (Kempton Park)

About the role

Join a trusted financial services leader and provide goal‑based advice to clients within the FNB branch network. You will leverage a strong brand, an established client ecosystem and digital tools to deliver holistic investment and life‑insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and develop personalised financial plans.
• Recommend investment, insurance and wealth solutions aligned to client objectives and risk profiles.
• Engage customers in FNB branches, convert referrals into new business and grow client relationships.
• Maintain accurate client records, advice documentation and adhere to FAIS and regulatory standards.
• Achieve agreed sales, activity, Assets Under Management (AUM) and Annual Premium Income (API) targets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of financial advisory experience with a proven sales track record.
• Experience in risk and investment product sales within a bank, insurer or tied advisory environment.
• FAIS qualification (NQF Level 5 or higher) and completed Regulatory Examination (RE5).
• Fully Fit & Proper compliant under FAIS regulations.
