Financial Advisor – Client Solutions

About the role

Join a leading financial services brand and provide goal‑based advice to clients within the FNB branch network. You will use a strong brand, an established client ecosystem and digital tools to deliver comprehensive investment and life‑insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial needs analyses and create personalised financial plans.
• Recommend investment, insurance and wealth products that match client objectives and risk tolerance.
• Engage customers in FNB branches to build advisory relationships and convert referrals into new business.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships through regular reviews and ongoing engagement.
• Achieve targets for sales, assets under management (AUM), annual premium income (API) and activity.
• Keep accurate client records and ensure compliance with FAIS and internal governance standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of financial advisory experience with a proven sales record.
• Experience selling risk and investment products in a bank, insurer or tied‑advisory environment.
• Exposure to mass‑market or emerging‑affluent client segments.
• FAIS qualification (NQF Level 5 or higher) and completed Regulatory Examination (RE5).
• Fully Fit & Proper compliant under FAIS regulations.
