Financial Adviser – Wealth Management & Sales

About the role

Join Old Mutual Personal Financial Advice as a Financial Adviser and help South Africans achieve financial independence. You will receive a 24‑month development programme, on‑the‑job coaching and training, and the opportunity to build your own client portfolio within a trusted brand.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through prospecting, networking and relationship building.
• Conduct financial needs analyses and develop bespoke financial plans using a proven 6‑step process.
• Provide expert guidance on life insurance, retirement planning, savings and investment portfolios.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships with regular portfolio reviews and wealth‑management advice.
• Adhere to fit‑and‑proper requirements, performance standards and FAIS regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer service or a similar field.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable car, and clear credit and criminal record.
• Strong communication, resilience, drive and accountability.
• Willingness to study for FAIS certifications and meet regulatory standards.
