About the role

Liberty Standard Bank Group is looking for a target‑driven, sales‑focused individual to join its Financial Adviser team in Johannesburg. You will help clients plan for the future by developing financial strategies that create wealth and reduce debt, while receiving comprehensive training from experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow client base.
• Offer tailored financial solutions based on each client’s situation.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and present recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Establish a professional practice under the Liberty brand.
• Deliver ongoing financial advice and support.

Required profile

• Target‑driven and sales‑focused mindset.
• Matriculation certificate (essential); degree preferred.
• Regulatory Exam (RE Exam) highly advantageous.
• Own laptop, clear credit and criminal record.
• Access to a vehicle (or vehicle ownership).
• Industry experience and previous sales track record are advantageous.
• Honesty, integrity, excellent communication and strong networking abilities.
• Analytical thinking, reliable and professional presentation skills.
