About the role

Key responsibilities

• Build lasting client relationships through prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Conduct in‑depth financial needs analyses and recommend Old Mutual’s trusted products.
• Become accredited in Old Mutual Personal Financial Advice products to service your segment customers.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, FAIS regulations and relevant financial services laws.
• Deliver life‑changing financial advice using the proven 6‑step planning process.
• Stay ahead of economic, political and regulatory trends to provide cutting‑edge advice.
• Maintain CPD points and keep professional qualifications up to date.

Required profile

• Matric certificate / Grade 12.
• At least 18 months of experience in financial services (sales, client service or advisory roles).
• Regulatory Examination (RE5) completed or in progress, with CPD compliance.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Strong communication, planning and analytical abilities.
• Passion for helping clients and confidence to consult and influence.
