Finance Manager – Hydraulics

About the role
We are seeking a commercially astute Finance Manager with strong hydraulic field experience who thrives in a fast‑paced operational environment. The role combines strategic decision‑making with hands‑on job costing, offering a unique blend of high‑level analysis and day‑to‑day financial control.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in strategic decision‑making to support business growth.
- Manage job costing processes within the hydraulics sector.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as SAICA, SAIPA, CIMA (advantageous).
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a financial management role.
- Proven experience in the hydraulics industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and people‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Strong ERP experience – preferably Sage Evolution.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
