Finance and Operations Manager

About the role

The Finance and Operations Manager will oversee the complete commercial order lifecycle and turn raw inventory and sales data into strategic insights. Based in a modern facility in Centurion, you will act as the bridge between the warehouse floor and senior management, ensuring flawless client delivery while influencing board‑level decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end order processing and related documentation.
• Maintain client portfolios, statements and provide account support.
• Develop advanced stock and sales models to forecast performance.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations for monthly and quarterly board meetings.
• Oversee warehouse quality assurance and operational compliance.

Required profile

• Relevant financial or operational qualification (non‑CA path).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in order administration, inventory control, billing or commercial operations.
• Strong understanding of commercial accounting principles, including VAT, statement reconciliation and inventory valuation.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dynamic dashboards).
• Experience with Xero or Sage accounting environments.
• Proficient presentation design skills.
