Finance and Insurance Manager

About the role

A leading corporate motor dealership in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join its dynamic team. You will be responsible for guiding customers through vehicle finance and insurance options while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle finance and insurance products.
• Process and submit finance applications to financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with all F&I legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Maximise finance, insurance and value‑added product opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, banks and finance providers.
• Achieve monthly targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager.
• Experience within the motor industry and dealership environment.
• Experience with high‑volume dealerships such as Toyota, Kia, Hyundai or similar.
• NQF 4 FAIS Qualification, RE Accreditation and NCA Accreditation.
• Proven track record of achieving targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high vehicle volumes.
• Valid South African driver’s licence.
• Grade 12 education and a clear criminal record.
