Finance & Administration Manager – Eastern Cape

About the role

The Finance & Administration Manager will lead the financial and administrative functions for our operations in the Eastern Cape. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and working capital management while supporting hospital performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Finance & Administration and HOD feedback meetings to achieve strategic objectives.
• Oversee the general ledger close process and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
• Prepare variance analysis against budget and prior year, report on hospital performance, and identify remedial actions.
• Develop and present the operating budget, obtain management sign‑off, and communicate it to all units.
• Prepare the working capital budget, secure approval, and disseminate it across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Completed articles; CA (SA) qualification is advantageous.
• Relevant commercial management experience, preferably in a services environment.
• Ability to quickly learn industry‑specific terminology, especially healthcare.
